Application:

Dorzolamide hydrochloride is prescribed to reduce intraocular pressure in open-angle glaucoma and pseudo-oxofoliative glaucoma, alone or beside β-adrenergic blocking drugs, for patients who are not allowed to take β-adrenergic blocking medicines or do not response to them.
