Product Introduction:
These grafts are produced from the donated human tissue and are used to stimulate bone formation and repair bone defects as well as augmentation of artificial implants in the skeletal system. All their production steps are carried out under highly controlled conditions in super-specialized cleanrooms of ISO 4 to 7 classes. Bone donors are precisely checked in terms of their medical
history and are subjected to detailed clinical and forensic examinations.
Multiple microbial cultures are taken from the harvesting site, harvested tissue, and all production stages, and complete serology tests are performed using NAT-ELISA methods on the donor’s serum sample.
The sterility check is carried out by multiple microbiology tests, and the quality of the final product is evaluated by multiple biological and biomechanical tests. Then the final products are packed, lyophilized, and subjected to gamma radiation with a dose of 15 to 25 kGy for sterilization. In the end, all these steps are reviewed by the specialists of the quality control unit and after their final approval, the license to sell the products is issued.
The different types of bone allografts produced by the Kish tissue regeneration corporation are as follows:
* Shear bone allografts including shaft, ring, and cage
* Demineralized bone powder allograft
* Combined demineralized and mineralized bone powder allograft
* Demineralized bone allografts including fibers, ribs, struts, strips, crushed, chips, cubes, match steaks, and blocks
* Processed shear bone grafts including strips, chips, cubes, match sticks, blocks, and wedges
* Mineralized bone powder allografts
Technical Specifications:
All allografts have the following common features:
* Sterilized by gamma rays
* Complete biocompatibility with the human body
