Product Introduction:
CenoTendon is a bio-implant with allograft origin produced by Kish tissue regeneration corporation. CenoTendon consists of the following donated tissues: anterior and posterior tendons of the tibia bone, (tendon of Proneus Longus), Achilles tendon, and tendons connected to the patella bone, meniscus, etc. in different shapes and sizes.
CenoTendon is used for patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury and also the patients with knee instability. Also, allograft Achilles tendons with or without bun can be used in sports injury operations and strengthening or repairing the soft tissue of the tendon.
Allograft products effectively eliminate the need for taking the tissue from other parts of the body as well as the complications of autograft transplants.
Allografts are easy to use and require little preparation time. CenoTendon bio-implants are used in many surgical procedures, because of their natural biocompatibility and because they can be returned to the patient’s own tissue.
Technical Specifications:
* This product is decontaminated by means of incubation in an antibiotic cocktail containing vancomycin, streptomycin, gentamicin, cloxacillin, ceftriaxone, and antifungal amphotericin B
* The minimum length of the tendons is 240 mm and the minimum width of them is 6 mm
