Arnebia Euchroma or AbuKhalsa is a valuable medicinal species unique to Mazandaran province. In Iranian traditional medicine, the combination of the root extract of the Arnebia Euchroma plant and animal oil is used as an antiinflammatory agent, disinfectant, and ointment for covering burn wounds.
There are various types of ointments that contain this extract. These ointments can be used for patients with: diabetes, bedsore, burns, anal fissures, surgical wounds, etc.
