Product Introduction:
The most common measure of wetting behavior is the static contact angle. The static contact angle is the angle formed between liquid and solid in the region of the three-phase boundary. The size of this angle depends on several factors, including surface free energy, surface roughness, and surface cleanliness. If a drop of water makes a contact angle smaller than 90° with a solid surface, it will wet the surface, and that surface will be hydrophilic. If the size of this angle is within the range, the surface will not be wetted, and the surface will be hydrophobic. The contact angle of water on superhydrophobic surfaces is very high (more than 150°), and the drop on them takes shape similar to a perfect sphere. Due to the low adhesion of the water drop to these surfaces, the drop easily rolls on them even on low slopes and cleans the surface pollution along with it.

Compared to commercial polyurethane coating, these coatings reduce water absorption to the surface by 80% and reduce the adhesion of moss and surface pollution.
