Product Introduction:
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) foam is produced to replace wood. Rigid PVC foam has a structure on which drilling, sawing, and screwing can be done (without creating cracks or splits). This foam has many advantages over wood, including high chemical resistance, resistance to the invasion of microbes, good compatibility with the atmosphere (in the sense that it does not rot), the ability to produce parts with a complex structure, resistance to fire, colorable and printable, the price per unit of low volume, simple machining and good sound insulation. Along with the advantages of PVC foam, this material has disadvantages, including its high manufacturing cost and low toughness.
